Here, master cheese makers specialize in crafting exquisite clothbound cheddar, using time-honored techniques and the finest local ingredients.
The Holy Cow Café is just 30 minutes' drive from St Helens and overlooks the lush fields of the Pyengana Dairy Company farm.
The Café is open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch, snacks and desserts. You can also enjoy tea and coffee, farm–fresh milkshakes and Tassie beers, wines and ciders.
It's a great family–friendly location, with a selection of kids meals and even a special sheltered area to park your dog while you enjoy yourself inside.
Opening hours are 9am–5pm (10am–4pm during winter), 7 days a week.

Licensed since 1880, The Pub in the Paddock is one of Tasmania’s oldest pubs. The pub walls are covered with rich local history and you can meet friendly locals who like to share a story or two! The owners will make you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door with a great lunch and dinner menu, seven days a week, along with morning and afternoon tea.
Priscilla the Beer Drinking Pig draws a huge crowd every weekend, where you can purchase a watered-down beer and watch her guzzle it down!
