Whether you are a sports group, a school group, a reunion, a corporate event, you want a big bash birthday weekend or have a wedding to celebrate, we can accommodate your group. From a small group of 20 way up to large groups of up to 150 guests and more, we’ve got your group accommodation booking covered.
As your single point of contact we provide seamless planning for your trip that won’t have you pulling your hair out.
Our intention is to ensure you do not have to spend your time searching the internet or contacting many different people for your group travel or tour group requirements. Ready to Make a Booking?
In readiness to take advantage of a fixed group booking price please ensure you have the dates, numbers of people, requirements and payment options organised.
Once a payment is made your group booking will attract a fixed group price and condition. Any extra bookings added to the initial group booking will be subject to the daily variable pricing rates and will not attract the fixed group rate.
Group Booking Policy – 20 People or More
For ease of process group bookings need to be made by one person nominated as the contact for all bookings in their group. This person will be responsible for ensuring that all relevant information is shared to their group and for organising all of the deposits and payments required for the booking.
Camp Kitchen and Alfresco MTB Base
Informal catering options include the alfresco kitchen area with a large fire pit and built-in seating, plus adjacent table seating, BBQs and wood-fired pizza oven in which to cook our pizzas.
The indoor camp kitchen can also cater for both small and large gatherings, and features:
- Full commercial kitchen facilities
- Indoor BBQs
- Group Seating
- Wood fire
- TV + 2nd TV room
- Toilets
Accommodation Options
Cabins: From small group bookings of 4 Cabins way up to large groups of 30 Cabins and 12 double Bunkhouse rooms we’ve got your group accommodation booking covered.
Each cabin can sleep from 2 to 6 people
Glamping tents: Our glamping tents are a fabulous new offering for groups of up to 36. With your own private oasis, it will feel like a true adventure!
Camp Sites: We’ve got your group camping needs covered from small family/friendship groups way up to large groups and gatherings!
Each camp site can sleep up to 6 people in 1 van/motorhome/tent.
