Reception opening times -
Wifi - Access the wifi using Big4Guest and enter the passcode on your map. In times of poor weather and high usage, access may be affected.
Cooking facilities - Our cabins have a range of cooking options for your convenience. Please wash, dry and put away all dishes, pots etc. prior to departure.
Cabin extras - Welcome supplies of tea, coffee, sugar and milk are provided. Should you require more supplies, these can be purchased at the local IGA supermarket. Should you require additional toilet paper, rubbish bags or detergent, please ask at reception.
Camp kitchens - There are BBQs, ovens, microwaves and cook tops available in the indoor camp kitchen, and BBQ’s and a pizza oven in the MTB outdoor camp kitchen. A second outdoor BBQ area is next to reception.
Please wash and clean after yourself for other guests. Please note that any personal items including food left in the camp kitchen are left at your own risk.
Fire Pits - Enjoy the group fire pit in the MTB area, near the outdoor camp kitchen. Individual fire braziers are permitted on sites, provided these are well off the grass.
Rubbish - Please empty all rubbish prior to leaving into the various large bins found around the park. The Local council does not separate recycling and therefore, one bin is suitable for all items.
TVs - All main TVs are smart TVs. Use your own streaming service logins. Reception has a range of DVD’s available for loan. Your TV needs to be on AV to work with the DVD player.
Cooling & Heating - The aircon remote is located on the wall or with the TV remotes. Please do not set the temperature below 18 degrees as this will freeze the system, taking hours to defrost. Modes - the snowflake is for cooling, and the sun is for heating.
Noise - We ask that you respect other guests and keep noise to a minimum between 9pm and 9am.
Dogs - We welcome dogs to the park. We ask that they are always kept on a leash, cleaned up after and kept under your control. With the exception of guide dogs, dogs are not permitted in any common areas such as camp kitchens, amenities, or playground areas.
Laundry - The laundry is located behind the main amenities. Washing machines take 2 x $2 coins or 3 x $2 coins per 30-minute cycle. Dryers take 2 x $2 coins per 30-minute cycle. Washing powder, coin change and pegs are available from reception. Clothes lines are available adjacent to the laundry. There is a second smaller laundry in the MTB area.
Gas - Our staff can refill your gas bottles in the park, check with into reception.
Dump Point - is located near Ensuite 50. See the map.
Visitors - are welcome, however please advise reception on arrival. Visitor parking is available outside the entrance.
