TrailGraze 2026: April 10 – 12, 2026

A Weekend Feast with Tasting Trail Tasmania

Presented by Tasting Trail Tasmania, TrailGraze returns to celebrate the incredible food, drink and hands-on experiences of North West Tasmania.

Much-loved favourites are making a comeback — think grape stomping, tastings, workshops, behind-the-scenes tours and the annual dinner (with a twist this year). Alongside them, a few new ideas are quietly taking shape.

Not everything is ready to be revealed just yet, but expect timed activations, truly out-of-the-ordinary experiences you won’t find any other time of year, and a closer look at how food is grown, made and shared — sometimes before it even hits the ground.

One weekend. One region. So much to savour.

Keep updated on the Tasting Trail facebook page.
