At Tassie Getaway Parks, we love seeing familiar faces return—and we want to say thanks. That’s why we’re launching the Tassie Getaway Club, our brand-new loyalty program made just for you.

Whether you’re a regular Tassie explorer, a seasonal camper, or a road tripper ticking off all three of our parks, this is our way of giving a little back.

* Important tips to maximize your rewards:

  • Login to the Member Portal and book directly on our website (www.tassiegetawayparks.com.au) to access discounts and earn credits.
  • Please note: Bookings made via BIG4.com.au or third-party websites (like Expedia or Booking.com) won't accrue points.

How it all works:

  • Join the Tassie Getaway Club on our website. Once the program is 'Live" in Mid-August, you will be sent an email to verify your email address and activate your membership.
  • It's best to login to the member portal to make your bookings. Your email address is your unique member ID; you don't need another card for your wallet.
  • Please make sure you always login to the portal to make bookings. If you're a couple, pick one name and one email for all future bookings to keep all your credits in the one place. Don't share your email address with others, unless you want to give away your credits as well!
  • You will be able to track your bookings, and your points tally in the member portal.
  • When you join, you'll be awarded a silver membership. This gives you 5% off your first stay with us* and you'll join our mailing list to find out about future deals.
  • After that first stay, you'll be bumped up to a gold member (so fancy!), and you'll get 10% off your future stays*.
  • During all your stays, you'll accrue credit points to use for next time you stay. It's a Win Win situation!

Tassie Getaway Club Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: The club is open to individuals who book directly with us, subject to the conditions below.

Discounts at time of Booking - Silver and Gold Member Discounts

  • When you join, you'll be awarded a silver membership. This gives you 5% off your first stay with us*.
  • After that first stay, you'll be bumped up to a gold member (so fancy!), and you'll get 10% off your future stays*.
  • *The discounts apply off our standard rates Tassie Getaway Club 1 night and 2 nights rates, and are not valid in conjunction with other deals such as Stay 4, Pay 3.
  • Silver and Gold discounts can be used in conjunction with BIG4 member discounts (unless otherwise stated).

Club Credit Points

Accrual of Credits:

  • It is best to always login to the portal to make bookings.
  • Credit are accrued based on individual stays with us in the name of member. You cannot book 4 sites in your name for example and accrue credits for all 4 bookings.
  • If multiple bookings are made with one member profile for the same date period, we will manually remove credits from duplicate bookings.
  • Credits are only accrued on direct bookings made via the member portal on our website (www.tassiegetawayparks.com.au), over the phone, or in our office.
  • Credits are not accrued on bookings made with 3rd party booking sites such as BIG4.com.au, booking.com or expedia.
  • Credits are accrued at a rate of 1:10 for example, $10 credit for every $100 spent on a booking. This calculation is based on the net rate after any discount has been applied.
  • The business reserves the right to modify the rate of accrual at any time without prior notice.
  • Credits are added to your profile on the booking departure date. Should a booking cancel or reduce in nights, credits will not be awarded for cancelled nights.
  • To keep all your credits in the one place, only use one email address and member profile for all your future bookings (between husband and wife for example). If you book under Jim Smith one time, and Jenny Smith the next time using the same email address, our system will be confused and your credits may go missing!

Exclusions:

  • Credits cannot be accrued on group or corporate bookings.
  • Credits cannot be accrued on annual accommodation charges.
  • Credits cannot be transfered to another person.
  • Tassie Getaway Club members cannot add their name and member profile to another person’s booking for the purpose of accruing credits. The member must personally stay at the park to earn credits. ID can be checked on arrival.
  • If multiple bookings are found to be in the one name, acrrual points will be removed from duplicate bookings (you only get points for your one booking).
  • Accumulation of credits can occur all year round. However, credits do not accrue on special deal rates, or at other times as outlined in the rate.

Redemption:

  • Credits may be redeemed on any new booking made by the member/ credit holder at participating businesses as outlined above.
  • Credits cannot be redeemed on group or corporate bookings, or annual accommodation charges.
  • The business reserves the right to modify the participating businesses at any time without prior notice.
  • Credits can be used as payment method on the guest portal.
  • BIG4 discounts remain applicable and can be combined with Silver and Gold booking discounts and credits redemption on bookings.
  • Credits can only be redeemed against accommodation charges.
  • Redemption for accommodation is subject to availability. For exmaple, if you want to make a glamping booking before your credits expire, but our glamping tents are fully booked that week, credits cannot be extended.
  • Credits cannot be redeemed on bookings made via a 3rd Party Sites such as BIG4.com.au, booking.com or expedia.
  • Once credits are redeemed, they are treated as ‘cash payments’ and are subject to the cancellation policy of the booking type made. For example if you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, you will forfeit all payments and credits redeemed.
  • Credits can be redeemed on deal bookings, however, the terms and conditions of that deal will vary. Please read the terms of your specific booking type. Cancellation is not permitted on most deals, and therefore credits will be forfeited if you cancel a deal booking.
  • If the business is sold, the credit points are not transferable to the new company.
  • Your credits will be redeemed at the time of payment. If your stay exceeds your credit amount, you must pay the excess using a different payment method at that time.
  • Accrued credits may be used in part or in full each time, and any remaining balance can be applied towards subsequent stays.

Expiry:

  • Credits accrued under this program will expire two years from the date of acquisition. It is your responsibility to use credits prior to expiration.
  • You will not be reminded of points due to expire.
  • Your booking stay date must be prior to your points expiry date. For exmaple, if your points expire on 30th June, you must complete your stay prior to 30th June. Points cannot be redemmed on future bookings after 30th June.
  • Your credits tally can be viewed at any time in the member portal. Statements or vouchers will not be issued. Please ensure that credits have been accrued on bookings after your stay date.

General:

  • The terms and conditions of Tassie Getaway Club, the rate of accrual or rules for redemption are subject to change at the discretion of the business.
  • Credits cannot be used to obtain cash advances, refunded, on-sold to other people, or redeemed or exchanged for cash.
  • Misuse or violation of these terms may result in the suspension or termination of a member's account.
  • By participating in Tassie Getaway Club, members agree to these terms and conditions.
